This team has the purpose to analyze the input needs (external or internal) and requirements, and design the solution by re-using existing solutions (contracts context) or by developing a new solution or adapting an existing one (program context). To formalize and maintain the system specifications (operational, functional, and constructional), application rules, and supporting processes descriptions and their associated verification, validation and assessments. The successful candidate shall be able to: - Model a Signalling System to satisfy Customer's requirements - take in charge the reponsibility of the whole System Design of a Project/Tender as "Project Architect", ensuring that all System deliveries are according to the Project Plan Key Responsibilities: Analyze Customer's requirements and provide a gap-analysis Model Customer's needs in Use Cases/Operational Scenarios Model System Context, Interfaces, functions Capture System requirements Allocate requirements to System Components Write System Technical documents Take Project Architect role in Project/Tender Requirements: Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree Knowledge of Italy Signalling Systems (ACCM, ERTMS/ETCS) Knowledge of Railways standards and norms Ability to write and Technical documents Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English.
