A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing Sales Performance Evaluation Reports - Create reports to assess sales performance and assist the Senior Category Manager in recommending improvements for category performance and profitability Promotion and Trade Guidelines - Develop and present guidelines for promotions and trade strategies Pricing Opportunities - Support the Senior Category Manager in identifying pricing opportunities within the market PPA Project Recommendations - Provide analysis to recommend projects related to Price, Promotion, and Assortment (PPA) Decision-Making Analysis - Lead analysis to inform decision-making processes, particularly regarding mix and promotional optimization Category Optimization and Tools Development - Collaborate with the Senior Category Manager to optimize category plans through price and promotion analysis; adapt tools aligned with European processes to meet Italian local requirements; Contribute to spreading knowledge of profit and loss (P&L) and relevant tools across the organization We’re Looking for Someone With Degree in Economics/Management/Marketing/Finance or similar Strong analytical skills and P&L understanding Collaborate easily with the different functions (Sales, Category, Marketing, Finance, CBU...) to achieve the objectives Ability to communicate & present clearly in both local languages (Italian) and English Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint), Internal and External Database sources (Nielsen, IRI/Circana) What’s Next After you apply, your application will be reviewed by a real recruiter, so it may take us a few weeks to get back with you by email or phone.
