For our headquarter in Milan, We are looking for a process and data-driven Marketplace Operations Associate to join our Marketplace Operations Team. Reporting to the Head of Operations Italy, you will take the lead on developing processes, tools and analysis to align daily operations with the broader corporate strategy. The role has a strong operations and data analysis focus and the candidate needs to be an excellent communicator and team player working cross-functionally with Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Product and Local Operations functions. What you will do You will provide deep analysis and insights on Shopper Saturation, Shopper Incomings and Supply Dynamics to all Operations Teams (Local Operations, Support & Live Operations, Shopper Community); You will use data and business judgment to support the Head Of Operations Italy to take the best decisions; You will be in charge to make deep analysis on the impact of Product Releases on our Logistics and what changes they require on operations processes; You will be in charge to support Local Operations and Support & Live Operations Leads with a high-level monitoring of their performances; You will quantify the cost of actions putted in place from Operations Team to boost our Supply and you will be required to build insightful reports to verify the effectiveness of that actions; You will be also in charge of managing some operative tasks on our systems (setting of store, setting of delivery fees ect.); You will be the Operations POC for the implementation of some special projects we are going to implement in the next future. What you bring You are highly collaborative and eager to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, Operations and Business Development teams; You are a great communicator and are able to explain complex processes in a simple way; You can use Excel with your eyes closed and you have a strong data oriented approach; You have a strong proficiency with SQL (this is a must have); You speak English fluently.
