ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated talent to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL), where the history of our Company got started. The candidate will collaborate with the other colleagues belonging to the Operations Legal team, located in Agordo, Milan and Paris. As Legal Operations Specialist you will provide support for contracts, commercial laws, regulatory matters and legal advice across the EMEA region and globally (global contracts negotiated from HQ). The resource will be mainly dedicated to serving: Sourcing Team and Indirect Procurement team, by drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial, procurement, logistics, services contracts and similar, NDAs, etc. R&D/Engineering/Quality team, by providing legal advice on regulatory matters (medical devices, PPE, clinical trials/investigations, eHealth, telemedicine etc.), H&S, environmental etc., and drafting related contracts and documents PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You do not see problems, you just see solutions You have a Law Degree with excellent results You have excellent english knowledge. French language is considered a plus You have around 3/4 years of experience in the role, in International Company and/or with a well known international law firm You believe that without your team nothing is possible Did you work or study abroad?
