This is an exciting and challenging career opportunity for a candidate with strong passion for email marketing and CRM eager to support our business growth. She/he will be based in Padua Headquarter, and she/he will be responsible to contribute to develop a solid DTC customer relation strategy across all our projects. Role responsibilities: Building emails from templates, QA and scheduling Overseeing all aspects related to email marketing campaigns such as graphic assets, translations and copywriting Planning CRM strategies, encouraging Customer retention and loyalty Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities Monitoring and reporting of the KPIs on a weekly/monthly basis Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM, to ensure the most effective approach for our Company Requirements: Degree in Marketing Management, Communications or similar Passionate about E-Commerce and CRM Fluent English, written and spoken Strong problem-solving attitude and good communication skills Desirables: Knowledge of Google Analytics Previous experience with Email Marketing and CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Klaviyo, MailChimp etc).
