To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Expert (m/f/d) who will work for a Sun Chemical Italian branch with three sites/plants in Lombardia with the following tasks:* Maintain local IT services within the boundaries of Corporate IT policies* Apply Corporate policy where necessary and educate local business with regards to policy* Act as a local subject matter expert for IT* Fix user issues by taking a logical problem-solving approach* Keep up to date with IT trends, and industry standrds. corporate policies known issues and IT assets’ management* CBT / self-paced learning to enhance technical abilities YOUR PROFILE* Completed apprenticeship as IT-Specialist or completed studies in the field of IT* Work Experience of 3-5 years desired * Experience with technologies such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 and Windows server operating systems* Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management* Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budgetary constraints and target dates* Fluent in English as well as strong communication skills* Full Driving License Do you have any questions regarding the application process?
