Position Summary: The HR Business Partner is instrumental in executing the Company’s people initiatives and programs, providing great internal customer support, lead the effort for definition and improvement of company culture, as well as driving HR functional excellence and process improvement. This position will support two manufacturing sites, one based in Arzignano (VI), and the second one in Molfetta (BA). Main Responsibilities: Human resource management, developing and interpretation of policies, procedures and programs related to employment, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee & labor relations: Preparation of employment contract and related documentation External Temps agencies management Relations and mandatory communications with Public Autority Monthly closures for Time and Attendance Unions Relations Preparation of cost template for Finance Management and update of payroll software Company car management (documents, Telepass, fuel card) Disciplinary actions Advise Management on HR issues including employee relations, performance management and employee development and training. Review disciplinary issues with management to identify and recommend best progressive discipline options, up to and including termination. Investigate grievances or employee concerns and recommend remedies to Front Line Leaders and Managers. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws. Advise employees in various human resources matters. Promote and maintain open-door policy. Lead local recruitment efforts including facilitating the job requisition process, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations and developing job offers. Partner with the In-house Talent Acquisition team as appropriate. Assesses current workforce skill levels and organizational goals, organize training courses and evaluate the effective improvement of employees. Coordinate effective onboarding for new hires (make sure that they have what they need to work: devices, credit card, car, fuel card, PC, software needed, clothes, DPI, ecc…) Manage employee commitment and engagement activities and programs; identifying opportunities to foster desired culture through employee programs and effective communication. Administration of compensation programs including but not limited to merit increase process and various incentive plans. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 5 years of relevant HR experience . In-depth knowledge of Chemical Industry CCNL, HR laws, benefit administration, compensation systems and various personnel functions. Working exposure to multi-site, multi-state, or global operations is a plus. Solid knowledge of HR computer software programs and systems (Zucchetti and Success Factors) as well as Microsoft Office is required. Proficiency in Italian, very good English skills. Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels of the organization, including executive management. Excellent administrative and organizational skills. Ability to perform effectively and efficiently in a work environment with minimal supervision and continuous interruption.
