ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Operations Headquarter in Agordo (BL). As Frames Industrialization Manager you will join our Technical Office, which is part of the Engineering Area of EssilorLuxottica, and you will be coordinating a group of engineers involved in the industrialization process of various new models in terms of both frames and tools. Your key responsabilities will be: • discuss and analize new models with internal clients and stakeholders to set priorities, identify criticalities, and define the related preventative/mitigating actions to ensure a smooth industrialization flow • balancing and switching workloads among our technical offices located in different countries • monitor the project developments and develop recovery plans to achieve the quality, time and cost objectives for both frames and tools • support people management and people development PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE • You do not see problems, you just see solutions • You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously • You got a degree in Engineering • You have solid experience in technical design and computer-aided engineering • You have strong knowledge of technological processes related to the manufacturing of metal and plastic products • You are skilled at coordinating and motivating people • You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a contest of fast development • You can proactively organize your time and activities to get things done • You are fluent in English... and willing to move abroad if there is the chance!
