For our headquarter in Milan , we are looking for a Finance Manager to drive the growth and efficiency of our initiatives across Italy. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering with staff and business professionals, you will work in a cross-functional environment and provide guidance on how to improve the function's performance in one of the fastest growing startups in Italy. What you will do You will build from scratch the Everli Finance team, recruiting two financial analysts that will support you in your challenge; You will use data and business judgment to recommend the best decisions to grow and engage with our customer base starting from day 1; You will build short- and long-term business plans and set targets to the teams; You will prepare financial reports and inspire others to use them; You will identify risks and opportunities by analyzing actual results compared to targets; You will develop solid relationships with senior managers and influence their decisions by generating insights. What you bring You have got a Master Degree in finance, business, economics, engineering or other related quantitative fields; You have preferably developed 5+ years of relevant experience in Finance; You are an advanced Excel and SQL user (the knowledge of these tools is a must have; You are fluent in English and Italian; You have excellent analytical thinking, are detail oriented and have a passion for metrics and figures.
