A Facility Engineer guarantees the management and control of scheduled preventive and corrective ordinary maintenance referred to both structures and plants and systems accompanying them. The Facility Engineer manages projects to improve structures and systems as well as identify energy efficiency solutions and manage the related implementation projects. Why we need you? You will take care of the maintenance of buildings, roads, squares, networks and related systems. You will deliver a seamless management of maintenance and control of air conditioning systems, compressed air production, distribution of drinking and industrial water and related treatment plants, evaluating their performance and environmental impact You assure compliance for the maintenance of lifting equipment, pressure equipment in contact with the authorities and dedicated external Bodies. You keep relationships with the companies that provide these services You operate a continuous monitoring, control and analysis of energy consumption/costs. You make sure that database, plant floor maps and archives are always up-to-date. Qualifications The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience working in industrial processes.
