Your role in BizAway ● Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients● Onboard new corporate clients of our platform, to make sure they are 100% up and running● Craft high-level onboarding documentation like user guides, videos, training materials etc.● Identify client growth opportunities and hit upselling targets● Monitor and report existing and potential threats, to help us mantain our 0 churn rate● Define Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead● Work with the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop● Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes andenhance growth.
