As a BBS intern you will join the Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team and support your colleagues in activities like: • Analyze and manage BBS data in the system • Support the main actors of the BBS process in the implementation of operational activities (observation, feedback and management of the meeting) • Plan and facilitate the rotation of people in the various operational roles of the organization (observers, leaders and/or site BBS reference) • Participate in periodic alignment meetings on activities and animate the discussion • Risks evaluation within EssilorLuxottica production plants • Management of technical training about EHS • BBS & EHS reporting PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You know you are a EssilorLuxottican when: • You do not see problems, you just see solutions • You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously • You are a team player, capable of listening and creating solid bonds with people • You have achieved/are going to achieve a Degree in Environment and Workplace Prevention Techniques (or similar ones), Environmental Engineering, Sociology (or similar ones). • You believe that without your team nothing is possible • You are curious, proactive and flexible! • Fluent English (nice to have) WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
