Your role in BizAway Maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts; Assuring daily booking of bank, cash and credit card transactions; Reconciling accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance; Assisting the Accounting department in preparing the annual financial statement. Managing payments and credit collection; Interfacing with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate, and payments are received promptly; Supporting fiscal advisor with the preparation of tax forms and all the fiscal tasks; Supporting auditors during the whole audit process of the financial statement.
