For more details, please visit: http://www.alstom.com/ JOB OVERVIEW Reporting to V&V Group Manager, the V&V Architect is responsible for defining the testing and integration strategy, planning schedule of test activity, functionally lead testing team, monitoring and reporting progress of activity. As V&V architect you will collaborate and interface with: Product Managers, Design Quality and Safety teams in order to guarantee the correct V&V contribution to quality, cost , delivery target for each development Alstom V&V team worldwide in case of multisite project Customers, external assessors RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the V&V activity for a defined product/system: Define the overall testing strategy in case of new product development Define, by means of dedicated impact analysis, the subset of test activities to be carried in case of product modification Defines testing needs in terms of equipment, tools, simulators Guarantee the correct application of Alstom V&V process CRITICAL SKILLS Graduate in Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Computer science or equivalent) Very strong knowledge of English language (written and spoken) Previous Background in testing activity on target Location : FLORENCE - Italy Last, but not least...You are open mind, technical curious and you like to bring new ideas and approaches.
