ENVISION YOUR FUTURE JOB We are looking for a motivated, curious and enterprising talent to join us at our Rovereto Plant (TN). As Production Area Manager you have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring volumes and excellent quality standards. Main responsibilities: • Management of the efficiency and OEE KPIs • Guarantee the production output of the area in order to respect the industrial plans • Management of quality KPIs • Production Programming, detection of deviations and taking management actions in order to guarantee the required levels; • Responsibility of the quality of the parts produced in his Shop. • Knowledge and application of delegation mechanism. • Training and Development direct team members • Critical reading of indicators regarding the cost of auxiliary materials (costs of maintenance, costs of indirect materials, costs of scrap,…); • Advanced knowledge of work cycles and methods • Knowledge of specific procedures, organizational and management references in order to cope with the environmental emergences. • Knowledge of the operative modalities for interventions regarding safety at work or with significant potential risk. • Collaboration with Manufacturing Engineering department to develop continuous improvement projects PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE • Master’s Degree in Engineering • At least 3 years of experience • Previous experience as manufacturing area manager is appreciated. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen or Six Sigma) • Strong managerial skills • Strong project management skills • Problem solving attitude • Good relationship skills WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?
