As an Industrialization Enginerr you will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to manage a highly complex Manufacturing Department, assuring excellent quality standards and manage the introduction of new products. Main responsibilities: Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders Drive unresolved problems to the appropriate groups, by working with technical office, quality, tooling engineering Verify the work cycle of the components using the data that came from the pre-series area Verify the accuracy of the bom Drive unresolved issues to the appropriate groups, by working with Technical Office, Ouality, Tooling Engineering and Production Verify and review the work-cycle of the components using the data that comes both from Tooling Engineering and Pre-Series area Verify the conformity of the BOM: Evaluate deficiencies in a work-cycle, define possible alternatives, pian trial runs and evaluate the conformity of the components Brainstorm with Technical Office and design components Understand and overview the gate stage process of components and frames PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE You have a Degree in Engineering You have at least 2 years of experience in a complex environment Good Knowledge of Ms Office You have a strong entrepreneurial mindset, you are proactive and inspire people to be proactive too! You do not see problems, you just see solutions - and you are great in solving problems! You love challenges and you take your responsibility seriously You are a flexible person, able to adapt in a context of constant change You have strong facilitation and communication skills Are you ready for this challenge?
