Marketing Business Analyst (Internship) Job
About the role: This Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) role is cross divisional and has accountability to capture, then analyse business qualifications from both internal stakeholders and customers for the newly launched digital sales channel; InTouch platform. This role will assist the core project team evaluate existing and discovery new qualifications. The role reports into the European Program Manager within the Business Strategy and Commercial Excellence division. Required responsibilities: Qualifications capture Maintains and strengthen working relationships between the core project team and Multichannel Leads (business stakeholders) who represent each business divisions interests Maintains a high level understanding of the each business divisions vision and roadmap Maintains a high level understanding of the overall customer journey and how it relates to the business divisions vision Set up business discovery workshops under the guidance of the Program Manager and coordinate attendance Proactively collaborates during business discovery workshops with the goal of understanding and capturing qualifications Collates the decisions, actions and functional qualifications identified during workshop sessions; then works with the Program Manager to follow-up action points Utilizes the MoSCoW method to structure qualifications Contributes to existing project documents; such as InTouch platform backlog. Qualifications analysis Collaborates on a daily basis with the InTouch platform Product Owner and Product Manager to discuss and prioritize qualifications Collaborates with the InTouch platform technical delivery team during daily stand-up calls which are part of the Agile methodology Works independently summarizing qualifications, then if required proactively arranges follow-on workshops / meetings on behalf of the InTouch Product Owner to clarify points or get deeper insights Flags to the Program Manager any issues, concerns or conflicting qualifications. User Acceptance Testing and go-live support Collaborates with the core project team to test InTouch software releases on multiple platforms (iOS, Windows, Android), browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Internet Explorer) and devices (tables, mobiles, laptops) Participates in User Acceptance Testing sessions with the goal of successfully achieving sign-off of the captured qualifications Collaborates with the core project team to capture feedback from customers and internal stakeholders. What we are looking for: Demonstrates curiosity and a strong desire to learn Confident when interacting with senior stakeholders; at a Senior Manager, Director and Vice President level Strong people skills Excellent written and spoken communication expertise (professional English) Able to operate independently, stay focused during busy periods, and proactively seek guidance if required Exposure to project environments and methodologies, preferably within a regulated industry; for example, medical, financial, legal Understanding of the SalesForce ecosystem, specifically Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Communities or Service Cloud is desirable Exposure to the Agile, Scrum, Kandan methodology is advantageous Additional EU language skills are advantageous.
