JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: The mission of the Organizational Development (OD) position is to facilitate seamless organizational change and development through various phases, including analysis, proposal design, decision support, and implementation tracking. Essential expected results encompass improved organizational efficiency, employee engagement, and successful integration projects. Challenges include managing resistance to change and aligning with diverse stakeholders. Key success factors involve close collaboration with HR and business teams, effective communication, meticulous project management, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES: Support Organizational Development Team in Re-organization/Integration Projects: Conduct thorough "as is" analysis and process mapping to identify areas for improvement. Design proposals for future state structures and processes based on analysis findings. Prepare materials and presentations to support decision-making processes. Track the implementation progress of reorganization/integration initiatives and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Continuous Alignment with HR and Business Teams (Corporate and Local): Collaborate closely with HR and business teams to ensure alignment of organizational development initiatives with overall business objectives. Facilitate communication and coordination between different departments and locations to foster a cohesive approach to organizational change. Manage Organizational Tools and Documentation: Assist in the management and upkeep of tools and documentation utilized for organizational development purposes. Ensure that organizational tools and documentations are effectively maintained and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
