Responsibilities: Support the overall HR team with specific focus on recruitings, trainings and administration. Duties: Support the implementation of the annual training plan; Collaborate with the HR Recruiter for all Intern recruitments; Make sure that Interns/Apprentices trainings and documents are aligned with labor law requirements; Support the Skills Matrix implementation collaborating with all Company Managers; Support HR Administration department (pension found, various letters etc) HR reporting Lead the “Job Description refresh” project Required competencies and skills: English Advanced knowledge; Excel Advanced knowledge; Power Point Intermediate knowledge; Communicate at different levels; Collaboration.
