About the Role: If you are passionate about our brands and products and have a head for research and data analysis, this role might interest you! We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for our Consumer and Shopper Understanding department who will work closely with different local and global function area users across the organization. Main Responsibilities: • Deriving first insights from data and translating them into business information and implications • Monitor on a regular basis the categories’ performances and provide clear comments and analysis to explain business results in light of the action plans’ execution to support the brands and of the competitive context • Guarantee an holistic and integrated data view for the categories managed by merging heterogeneous data and several sources (retail, consumer panel and loyalty cards data, sell-in, media data and other internal/external data sources) • Proactive identification of stakeholders’ needs and opportunities delivering ad hoc analysis • Implementation and maintenance of internal databases and ad hoc reporting • End-to end management of analytics projects: from business needs to effective visualization and communication of analysis results throughout storytelling presentations Who we are looking for: • Master’s in Economics/ Statistics / Engineering or other closely related quantitative or mathematical discipline • Strong quantitative background with analytics/ data analysis skills • 1-3 years of relevant experience as data and business analyst or insight manager, preferably within FMCG industry/agency/consultancy firm • Full proficiency in PowerPoint & Excel • Presentation skills and data visualization throughout reports and graphs presentation • Knowledge of syndicated data sources in Retail and Consumer Panel fields (e.g. CIRCANA, Nielsen, GfK/YouGov …) and experience in creating dashboards with PowerBI are a plus How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero: Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
