Growth opportunities, both locally and globally You have: At least 3/4 years of experience as an Immigration Consultant/Lawyer for companies and Individuals Degree or a Master in Law, Economics, International Business Economics, Business Management, etc. Fluent in English (C1/C2) and Italian. You communicate clearly, write well and speak eloquently. Other languages are appreciated. A collaborative, flexible, and positive can-do attitude - always willing to learn and help steer the team to work well together. Let’s get the job done. Excitement and curiosity about digital tools, process automation, and innovation. A natural tendency to share knowledge with your colleagues. You will communicate ideas clearly and make sure everyone understands. A client-centric approach. You are a true partner and someone who genuinely cares about the people you help. You go out of your way to give them what they need to serve the business. You enjoy solving problems. You love taking on complex challenges and finding creative solutions. A detail-oriented approach, delivering services to your clients with the highest standards by default. Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients, winning work proactively, and contributing to winning new clients. Amazing organisation skills, being able to deal swiftly with clients, team members and partners without losing track of the tasks you need to perform. You are motivated and driven. Voluntarily participate in new challenges without waiting to be asked. Your day-to-day: Assist our clients in the following areas: Immigration solution: Handling entry and exit short visa procedures (tourism, study, business, medical treatment, sports competitions, religious reasons). Request, renewal, and conversion of all types of residence permits. Work-related visa procedures (see below). Family reunification and cohesion. Elective residence visa procedures. Investor visas. EU citizens and their family members. Newly domiciled subjects in Italy (visa, permit to stay, residency registration). Italian Citizenship by residence, marriage, , descent, and reacquisition of Italian citizenship. Registration in the National Health System, Social Security System, and any other necessary/mandatory registration that the client will need to provide related to their needs. Work-related immigration solutions: Entry for work - art. 27 TUI - special cases. Entry and residence for highly qualified workers (EU Blue Card). Secondment of managers and highly specialized workers of foreign Companies with headquarters, branches or representative offices in Italy. ICT (Intra Corporate Transfer) and Mobile ICT admissions and residence permits. Autonomous industrial, professional, craft or commercial activity with registration in rolls or registers. Entry into Italy of foreigners who hold the role of president, member of the board of directors, managing director or auditor of Italian companies. Establishment of startups (Italy Startup Visa). Digital Nomad Visa / Remote Worker Visa. Opening of branches, secondary and representative offices of foreign Companies. Tax Benefits in Italy for foreign investors and workers .
