To strengthen the MARKETING HQ in Milan we are looking for a: Corporate Marketing Specialist The person will be involved in providing essential support to local subsidiaries and collaborate closely with the marketing teams to share strategies, supervise the execution of initiatives and campaigns that align with corporate objectives while addressing local market needs. Main activities: * Serve as a primary point of contact between corporate marketing and local subsidiaries, facilitating clear and effective communication channels to ensure alignment and collaboration. * Work closely with local subsidiary marketing teams to understand their unique need and challenges, offering guidance and assistance to ensure alignment with corporate branding and messaging. * Assist in the creation and adoption of marketing tools and material, including but not limited to, communication campaigns, advertising, promotional material and marketing collaterals, ensuring brand consistency but meeting the specific requirements of each subsidiary market. * Supervise and support in the organization of major local fairs, event and trainings. * Coordinate with subsidiary teams to gather marketing insights, customer feedbacks and competitors positioning. * Monitor and report on the performance of local marketing activities (ROMI), making reference to the local marketing budgets. * Collecting best practices and local projects to share innovative ideas and strategies among the different teams.
