Main responsibilities: - Welcome guests.- Support teaching staff in the organization of work and their relocation.- Support to students.- Translations from English to Italian and vice versa.- Support in the organization of school trips.- Customer care.- Events agenda update.- Liaise with nurses.- Use of platforms (eg: buses, registrations, etc...). Qualifications and requirements: - At least C1 level of English.- Experiences working abroad and/or in multinational companies will be highly appreciated.- Exceptional IT skills (MacOs operating system, G Suite, Keynote, Spreadsheets, Slack).- Strong organisational skills. - Attention to detail.- Collaborative team builder.- Excellent interpersonal skills/communication skills along with a sense of humour.- Provides excellent service with courtesy and professionalism.- Comfortable with a fast-paced environment.- A Lara Croft, Tomb Raider/Indiana Jones style of on-the-go problem-solving.- Immaculate criminal record.
