What you will do You will join a small distributed team of developers with decision-making autonomy: you will be responsible for your work; You will join a domain-driven team You will be part of an autonomous and heterogeneous squad, working closely with other areas, like Product, Design and Analytics; You will find brilliant solutions for complex problems and own the process from the analysis to the delivery; You will ship high-quality software: well-designed, well-tested, and scalable. What we offer To candidates to be hired in Italy, we offer a full time permanent contract . The gross annual salary (RAL) range is from 30.000 € to 58.000 €, based on the candidate seniority.To candidates to be hired as contractors, the salary range is from 30.000 € to 84.000 €, intended as gross, on a yearly basis and based on the candidate seniority.In addition to that, we have plenty of cool benefits (please note that some of them are available just to people hired with a contract of employment in Italy): Welfare Budget . What you bring You developed at least a 4 years relevant experience working with PHP (Laravel), Node.js, or other backend technologies; You have a good knowledge of Redis, RabbitMQ, MySQL, ElasticSearch You have experience with AWS, REST APIs and event-driven architectures; You are experienced in designing, building, and shipping infrastructure for traffic-intensive applications; You distinguish yourself for great communication and synthesis skills; You have an analytical, detail-focused mindset, but always looking at the big picture; You are a team player: you work well with other people within and outside the tech team; You are allowed to legally work in Europe (you are the holder of an EU Passport or you are the holder of an EU residency permit or you are the holder of a Schengen Work Visa).
