Under general supervision and reporting to the Director of Operations, The Program Manager will be working as a vital link between TRIGO ADR Americas (TADRA) and our Prime Aerospace customers. Working onsite at customer or supplier locations, you are the liaison with executive management and all functional departments to understand customer requirements and to drive results. The Program Manager will identify, assess, and mitigate areas of risk at supplier locations. Applicants must have solid aerospace, program management. Supply chain development, and manufacturing experience with well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong relationships . ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS - Essential functions are the basic job duties that an employee must be able to perform, with or without reasonable accommodation Provide Program Management leadership and Supplier Performance Improvement to Supply Chain network on behalf of TADRA customers Onsite presence and interface with customer and supplier executives, directors, managers, and department leaders. Understand customer requirements/expectations and drive results. Manage customer perception and report customer feedback to Operations. Customer & Supplier relationship management and integration. Customer / Supplier escalation support as needed. Attend customer critical part meetings and report actions to Operations as required. Develop / facilitate internal war room meetings, as required. Operational process, procedures & compliance. Continuous improvement/lean opportunities Metric/Program Review Preparation & Delivery Perform risk evaluations and drive root cause and corrective actions. Facilitate RCCA engagement and assist / perform validation of effectiveness. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of: Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action and methodologies. Commonly used RCCA tools and forms. Aerospace program management, manufacturing, and quality processes. APQP, IATF standard, PAP, VSM, Material Flow Analysis, VOC, Lean principles, KPI Blueprint / design drawing interpretation and inspection methodologies. Risk registries or similar forms. MS Office applications Skills: Professionalism, integrity, and exceptional attention to detail Strong independent decision-making skills; excellent analytical skills and professional judgment Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills Ability to: Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memo. Present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization Supervise, direct, and motivate others. Manage workflow and relationships. Prioritize and escalate matters to supervisor as appropriate. Ensure proper authorization and documentation for disbursements. Maintain confidentiality of company documents and records Establish and maintain effective working relationships. Pass pre-hire background check including credit screening. Supervision Received: The work is performed under general supervision. Supervision Exercised: N/A EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Aerospace experience required – 10+ years Supply chain management experience required. Program Management experience required – 10+ years Manufacturing Experience – 5+ years Supplier development support – 10+ years Education – bachelor’s degree in engineering or similar technical disciplines (Master’s degree desirable) LICENSES, CERTIFICATES & OTHER REQUIREMENTS Six Sigma Certification PMI certification / subject matter expert US or International citizenship or permanent residence status required depending on work location. Fluent English – reading and writing is required. Pass pre-hire background check including DMV and credit screening. Pass Pre-hire Drug Screening. WORKING CONDITIONS Productivity : Incumbents must perform work in an efficient, effective, and timely manner with minimal direction.Mobility: Incumbents are required to participate in assigned physical activities which may include light lifting and sitting for prolonged periods of time. Vision : Vision sufficient to read printed documents, computer screens, and observe behavior of others. Environment: Typical office conditions, directly working Quality management team, working with the SMS team, and external customers. Other Factors: Typical hours worked are Monday – Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Incumbents may be required to work occasional extended hours and weekend overtime.The employee frequently is required to use hands or finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk (approximately 1-2 miles a day); sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Employee will occasionally drive long distances to and from various suppliers as needed. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
