Job opportunity: Internship Account Manager Who you are: You are eager to learn how the Account Management team in the translation industry works. You are detail-oriented and precise . What you will do: You will be responsible for supporting the Account Management work with a variety of strategic tasks, aimed to improve the internal processes to offer a better and more efficient service to our clients. Some of the tasks you may work on include: Checking the incoming requests, making sure every new request is taken care of by the most appropriate team. Attend private clients' requests, understanding their needs and creating tailored offers. Taking care of clients’ requests by phone or finding the most appropriate colleague/department to do so. Supporting the AM team with specific, strategic plans of process improvements, working closely with the Senior members of the team and the IT department. Within this framework, you will be given a specific objective to reach and indications on how to prioritize the different tasks. In order to reach your goals, you will: Have regular meetings with your team to share challenges, solutions or success stories. Have the possibility to schedule a one-to-one meeting with a Senior member of the AM team to discuss specific challenges and collect useful insights. Work in a team to organize your daily tasks based on your shared team goals and priorities. Have the possibility to monitor your progress at any time and collect feedback from your tutor and from more experienced colleagues. Qualifications Required: Fluency in Italian (native) and English, a third language is a plus. Excellent computer and Internet skills. Preferred University studies in translation. Preferred knowledge of CAT tools.
