Job opportunity: Customer Retention and Reactivation We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager with a proven track record in sales and/or marketing, specialized in customer retention and reactivation strategies. This role is key in managing Translated's global customer retention and reactivation programs to amplify net active users and enhance customer lifetime value. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging innovative CRM tactics to drive sales, adept at solving problems, spotting improvement opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced international setting. What you will do Develop and implement creative approaches to convert and engage inactive users, conducting extensive campaign analysis to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Craft and execute a user segmentation strategy to develop efficient retention actions across multiple channels. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales and Branding teams to ensure the successful launch of reactivation and retention programs. Initiate and validate hypotheses on churn triggers through field research, historical data analysis, and conducting experiments. Gain a comprehensive understanding of our business, industry, customer pain points, competition, and the broader environment. Qualifications Required Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, retention and/or lifecycle marketing, with a strong emphasis on churn management and reactivation campaigns. Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and projects. Deep understanding of retention and reactivation metrics (churn, reactivation, engagement), with experience in developing email marketing A/B/n testing plans. Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. Knowledge of SEO and other online marketing disciplines is preferred but not essential. A customer-obsessed, proactive mindset, capable of strategic thinking and detailed execution. Ability to work as a team player and meet individual performance goals and KPIs.
