We are currently looking for a Proposal Analyst to join our global company. You will act within the Business Development & Clinical Solutions Department, under the supervision of the Head of Proposal Management Unit.This could be your chance to inspire and collaborate with like-minded colleagues throughout OPIS, to work on the best proposals, that will take the company to industry innovation and business growth. General Responsibilities: Analyzing RFPs and preparing high-quality proposals. Optimizing time usage for maximum efficiency. Organizing work activities for independent execution. Maintaining electronic archives of RFPs. Studying and updating technical knowledge. Implementing pricing strategies and proposals. Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Advising on ways to improve proposal quality. Drafting budget proposals and reviewing customer specifications. Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders. Delivering completed proposals within agreed deadlines. Working with the Vendors office and Proposal Management Unit. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in economics (mandatory). Clinical background (ideal). Excellent Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel. Proposal Analyst experience within a CRO (a plus). Fluent in English. Strong planning and organizational skills. Results-oriented and team-working oriented.
